This week I…

+ had the best time ever in Napa with Joe and Lucy. She’s a surprisingly good little traveler, and let her mama and papa drink wayyy too much wine and enjoy the gorgeous, clear weather. Photographic evidence here, here, and here.

+ went a little nuts with post-holiday online shopping sales. I ordered stuff from ASOS for the first time ever (I know, what have I been doing with my life?) and am basically obsessed with this sweater I got. Metallic gold back? UM, YES PLEASE. I’m hoping to force J into taking a photo of me in it at some point so I can show you guys what it looks like for realsies.

+ am really flattered and excited that you guys liked yesterday’s post so much. It’s always so funny how the things you think are so boring about your life are actually what people find most interesting! So I promise to take lots more pictures and share as often as I can. Thank you so much for all the great feedback!

+ planned a fantastic giveaway that’s going to run next Monday. Trust me, you’ll want to pop back by for this!

+ finished up a couple big projects for work. I really think there’s just something about the new year that lights a fire under your ass. Did you find that you were extra productive the last three days, or is 2013 off to a slow start for you?

LINK/QUESTION OF THE WEEK: This week, I actually want to try something a little different. It’s the new year, and the perfect time to practice “out with the old, in with the new.” Actually, I guess I should amend that to say keep the old and just add on to it. In short, I’m on the lookout for fab new blogs, Tumblrs, and websites to add to my Google Reader! Do you have any favorites that you think are must reads? Any particular links you saw this week that you want to share with everyone? Let us all know in the comments!

ASOS is my hands down go to for clothes shopping, whether I need classic or trendy, they have it all. You should check back often as they always have something new.
