The Mom Behind Mae Badiyan

mom behind the blog | via vmac+cheese

It’s no secret that while husbands and boyfriends can be great blog supporters, there are often plenty of other people in a blogger’s life who are helping them out, too. Which is why when Mae Badiyan nominated her mom as a contender for this column, I jumped at the chance! Mae’s blog was a new-to-me find, but I loved her sense of style and approach to fashion — right up my alley. Be sure to stop by and say hi, and read on to see what her sweet mama thinks about blogging!

I love that Mae decided to feature her mom for this series! The support from our parents can help us do amazing things and it is so great to see how much love her mom has for what she does!

hah this is great! Especially as someone who absolutely does not have a man behind the blog, I can absolutely appreciate supportive parents. Also, if my mom found out about this she would be sending you lots of emails in all caps asking to do this.

I love this edition of “…behind the blog.” My mom is half of my support system too, so I definitely identify!

This rocks! While my man is supportive, my dad is my blog cheerleader, so it’s nice to see other people featured in your series!

I love this! Moms are really the backbone to a lot of women (myself included)! I also love Mae. I’ve been following her and her blog for almost a year now. Her style and perspective are very fresh.
