Said it before, will say it again. One of the absolute best parts about the blog community is meeting other bloggers. But even better than best? When you meet a blogger and are instantly like, “We should be friends.” I had the pleasure of meeting Casie, the voice behind the oh-so-fun blog whippedSTYLE in New York last September, and immediately liked her. We’ve stayed in touch over email and Twitter since, mostly chatting about blog things, and I can’t help but feel she’s the kind of girl I really just want to go out to happy hour with and talk about life…probably for several hours, and with several drinks. Her husband Ryan is today’s Man Behind the Blog, and like Casie, seems sweet, grounded, and all around cool. Check out what he had to say about blogging!

awww I love this specially the last answer. You should do this with Kristina from Pretty Shiny Sparkly if she’s up for it.

I just read Casie’s social media post. Pretty sure IFTTT just changed my life! Thank you for sharing. This is a feature I always look forward to reading.
I can’t tell you how much I love this series. It’s just so amazing to see how much these men support their wives/girlfriends and their passions.
This is my favorite series you do! I think these men are so cute and adorable! I’m so curious what they would write about and it’s so awesome hearing how proud they are of their blogger ladies! His last comment is my favorite! =)
They are an adorable couple and Ryan sound so sweet! I signed up for unroll.me after reading Casie’s post a few weeks ago – it’s been life changing!

His answers are the sweetest. And I love that little snapshot of their chalkboard messages to each other. The cutest!
loved this – and i have to admit – he sounds very in the loop “swag” “niche” … he has learned well :)
I love this series! I always laugh when I read the interviews because our house can seriously relate! In all seriousness though, people don’t realize the work that blogger’s SOs do to help out, the outfit posts and patience in particular.
Awww I love his answers…love the part about instagram and photos. Ha.
The feeling was mutual re our first meeting!! Hope we get another one soon! Thanks for “having me and the hubs over” today–so fun!!! I just think he is too cute, hehe :)
such a great little expose on ryan! i feel so lucky to call the maces my friends and to get the chance to have those (many) drinks with casie :) love this series, v!
Wow love this series and seeing Casie’s husband featured. I would love to ask all these questions to my hubby. Lol :)
This series is so genius! Every blogger talks about her other half, but it’s so great to actually see and hear from them. And their answers are so cute– love it!

awwww, hehe. thanks, littles. :)
Ryan’s funny. “It was then I realized I needed to date better.”
Casie and Ryan are the perfect “DC area” couple. Ryan, you always dress amazing…and yes, I expect Casie to to far exceed our expectations! Keep an eye on her everyone! Great post, thank you for sharing!
How many of the dudes from this have been MBA students? Seems like a running theme
[...] Do you ever feel like you know my husband so well, it’s as though you’ve met him in real life? Of course not! Because the hubs is pretty MIA on this blog. He’s a super private guy (and his name is Ryan.. HA!) and he usually prefers to fly under the radar–an observer, if you will. And it’s funny that that’s his “online personality,” because it couldn’t be further from his personality in life–he’s charismatic, charming, opinionated, always the life of the party and oh-so-much fun. And for the first time ever, he’s showing face! He recently (much to my surprise!) dished with Victoria of vmac & cheese about being married to a blog(ger) for her series The Man Behind The Blog (SUCH a fun series!) So now you can go get to know Mr. Mace! [...]
